The rezoning applications for 200 N First Street and 372 N First Street A, the two lots at the end of Tappan Avenue and Richmond Drive, will be heard by the Hampton Planning Commission next Thursday, June 22nd. The City is now including a set of proffered conditions with the application.
The public hearing meeting for the Planning Commission begins at 3:30 p.m. and takes place in City Council Chambers. Anyone wishing to speak needs to sign up on the sheet at the back of the room before the item is called.
